Return & Exchanges
- Exchange and return requests for domestic online orders are accepted only if the products are delivered to the official address listed on the MYALL Contact page within 14 days from the date the items were delivered to you.
- Before accepting delivery, please check the products for any dents, breaks, tears in the packaging, or similar damage. Damaged or defective packages should not be accepted from the courier. Any product received will be considered undamaged and in good condition. After delivery, the product must be stored and handled with care.
- Please note that shipments related to products you wish to return or exchange remain under your responsibility until they reach MYALL. Items requested for return or exchange must be sent back in the same condition as received—undamaged, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories. Products with removed tags will be considered used and deemed as a waiver of the right of withdrawal; therefore, exchanges or returns will not be accepted.
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
- Exchanges are permitted only once per order. A second exchange cannot be made, and the item may only be returned. If you wish to request an exchange, all shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
- Exchange shipment costs are not covered by our company. You may send the item you wish to exchange through any courier service on a prepaid basis.
- Exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been used, have lost their original condition, or no longer carry their original tags.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
- Once the product arrives at our facility, it will be inspected to determine whether it meets the exchange conditions.
- If the product complies with the exchange conditions, the exchange will be completed within 2–5 business days.
- If the product does not comply with the exchange conditions, it will be returned to your address on a freight-collect basis.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted for discounted items.
- Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, have lost their original condition, or no longer carry their original tags.
- Returns will not be accepted for products that have been damaged due to use (such as tears, deformation, breakage, etc.).
- Return shipping costs are not covered by our company. You may send the item you wish to return through any courier service on a prepaid basis.
- In accordance with legal regulations, all orders are shipped with a delivery note and invoice. Please ensure that all original documents are included when returning a product. Returns cannot be processed for products without an invoice.

RETURN PROCESS
- Once the product arrives at our facility, it will be inspected to determine its compliance with the return conditions.
- If the product complies with the return conditions, the return will be completed within 15 business days.
- Depending on your bank, the refund will be reflected in your account within 3 to 5 business days after the return is processed.
- If the product does not comply with the return conditions, it will be returned to your address on a freight-collect basis.
Note: Please notify us via email before sending the product you wish to return. Kindly share the shipment tracking number with us once the product has been dispatched.
